There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments If you anticipate being late or need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible to arrange a one-time appointment change.
Before your appointment, remove all styles, braids or twists from hair. Remember to select all desired services for proper scheduling. If bringing your own extensions, please be sure they’re clean.
Due to limited space, only the person being serviced is allowed during the appointment.
